SPANISH COOKING COURSES
If you’re visiting around Granada and want to learn the best about Spanish gastronomy, Javier Vilchez can teach you, through different tailored courses, the most delicious Spanish recipes such as: meat, fish, vegetarian or mixed paella, Spanish omelette, salmorejo, gazpacho, beans with ham, to name a few. You can also join our Andalusian gastronomy talks, Grenadian regional product tastings, such as PDO Grenadian extra virgin olive oil, homemade bread from Alfacar, dry-cured Spanish ham from Trevelez, Iberian charcuterie, Mediterranean vegetables, wines and the well-known piononos de Santafé.

Paella workshops: two-hour courses where you will learn how to cook meat, fish, vegetarian or mixed paella (to taste) and enjoy its succulent taste together with home-made bread and refreshments. Course fees per group from 10 to 16 students is 15€/person. For reduced groups, please ask for an estimate by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
